Refund policy

You can return your item(s) by mail within 3 days after delivery. Returned items must be in unworn condition and have the tags still intact. A stocking fee of 10% and shipping costs will be charged. 

All sale and custom made items are considered final sale and do not qualify for return or store credits. 

To return items, follow these easy steps: 

Send an email to info@donamatoshi.com requesting a return with your order number. 

Visit your nearest authorized DHL or UPS facility. Follow their instructions and make the payment for the return shipping. 

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take up to 5 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
